Fish Eggs!

Ok, last week was Thanksgiving break. We had a half-day on Wednesday and we were out for the rest of the week. We even had a community Thanksgiving potluck.

This week was Spirit Week. Monday was Favorite Character Day, Tuesday was Chignik Wear, Wednesday was Summer Wear, Thursday was Formal Wear and today is Pajama Day!

Something exciting happened on Thursday! Our fish egg started to hatch. J They don’t look like they should so our teacher thinks that they didn’t survive the trip down. We currently have one Alevin in our tank that we know of.

Tyler and I got accepted to go to a Subsistence Science and Career Symposium in Dillingham. We leave either the 13^th or the 14^th. We come back on the 15^th. We are going to learn about careers in subsistence management and lots of other things.

This Saturday we are going to have a Pizza Feed. The Chignik Lagoon Student Government is going to make pizzas and have sort of a potluck. We are not charging admission but we are going to sell items from our student store.
